Everything here .. so easily understandable. I have been doing this for the last few years.. always second guessing my ability to give more and more when really nothing changes except the hundreds of new micro betrayals .. I should be kinder to myself as well.. thoroughly enjoyed this in that way we enjoy anything painfully truthful and liberating
