although the evidence is lacking, it is the most common sense of returns. you looked for the solution, turned inward on yourself and started pushing that rock. but to you it was a kite soaring high above, not a burden but a gift. the rock became the wind. the ego in me wants to pat you on the back, celebrate your guile. love you again. there are 2 red line corrections in this thinking. but it sure does bring a smile.

thinking about the streets and their quiet American whispers. the small town feel. the easy way of hiding away, finding peace in the smiling budding trees, the smiling sways of the tall grasses. it’s ok now. even without the ease and the promise, it’s ok.

to know the narratives is to write yourself under the house. to write yourself into a barrel. be careful to not be shot in that barrel, pulled under the waves hammered by gusts that push you to the edge of that story, sharpen the boundaries and flatten yourself against the things you’ve said. it’s a beautiful thing to learn about yourself, it’s even more beautiful to see it full flight in the wings of another.
